Stuck on map loading screen bug??

Every time I join a server I either get in right away or I have to wait 2 maps to join. I join the server and it gets stuck on the loading screen. The server isn't full. It does this on both of my computers. One of my computers is launching iw5 through steam to use controller and the other is just on desktop. I've tried allowing every folder that has to do with iw5 and MW3 through firewall and virus and threat protection. My first pc has a 2070 ti super with a Intel Core i5-9600K 6-Core 3.7 GHz. and my other pc has a 1050 ti with a AMD FX-6300. I get in the game more on my 1050 ti pc rather than my 2070 ti pc. It just makes no sense to me. I have verified my game files through steam. I have my dlc files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\zone\dlc Please help?

If this is happening on two different machines it would lead me to believe the issue lies in your internet connection. Also the fact that is inconsistent also points to that conclusion.
