Is the server you're trying to join hosting a custom map/mod? If so, the map/mod might've been corrupted due to you interrupting the mod download - go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods, delete that specific mod and try re-connecting to that server again.

You interrupted your mod download again. Unstable/shitty internet might be the problem as well.
