Zombie custom game Issue

So... Sometimes when i'm joining a zombies custom game, the game starts loading and then just disconnect me from the game, whe are connecting using LAN (connect 231.323.232), when we tried to join in server browser they just show that is a private match, how can i fix the LAN bug// Join in using server browser in online game?
