freezing at waiting for other players and random freezing in-game

i have a problem that everytime i want to start a game (zombies/multiplayer) the game freezes at waiting for other players or awaiting textures, this problem started like 2 month after adding WaW, the game starts in buried but it freezes every 3 seconds and its not my pc, i get 60/120 fps but that problem always happen.
(im not good at english sorry)

I have the same problem, I join any game and the first 5 mins are almost unplayable , fps lag everywhere , after the 5 mins its smooth af and enjoyable.
any know why and how to solve it?
