loading mod menu through game directory

i have been struggling with loading a mod menu in private match and can not seem to figure out the issue, im aware that there is the /loadmod <modname> command which will load just fine and even create a demo in the mod folder but none of the menus features works once i get in game (i have tried using lanmode aswell but no cigar)

have also tried using the local/plutonium/storage/iw5/mods directory with the same result
