You mean the bootstrapper launches and remains blank, and the game doesn't launch? Or does the bootstrapper not launch at all? If its the first, probably your AV or some other 3rd party app on your PC causing that issue. What antivirus do you use? Also do you use any of these apps?

¿Quiere decir que el bootstrapper se inicia y permanece en blanco, y el juego no se inicia?
