please help me my bo2 keeps crashing i've done everything i need help

I play the game and join my friends as normal, but after a round or two it just crashes. There are no crash dumps or error codes it just hard crashes by either not responding, having a glitchy effect and then closing, or completely freeze the video but still let me move and hear. I've done everything, I've checked my antivirus, I've reinstalled. I do not know what to do.
