does not start mw3

I just installed mw3 on my pc and just a few moments ago the plutonium.
I already selected the location of the mw3 in the launcher but when I press play it sends me this error.

zudokai98 that repack does probably not contain the latest steam files which you need for pluto. Delete the repack and follow this guide: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/8262/how-to-install-plutonium-iw5

Thank you . I already did it but now when I enter iw3 I go offline and enter the game or load the bar and it throws me an error.
directx error that's all it says.

zudokai98 as always sending a screenshot of the complete error is better than writing half of the errror yourself
