I can't use custom classes

Hello,
Every time I do "unlockall" in the console it unlocks weapons in create a class but when I create my class and enter a server and choose my class the match gives me only a knife
and my rank resets back to 1
when I rank up and disconnect from the server and enter another server it resets my rank again
and can't click on the classes that I made
and custom classes work in custom games but when I setup my classes in public match it turns into a knife in the servers and I see that my rank is 1 when I press tab.
can someone pls help me ?
