Keep Getting "Sending Heartbeat and Heartbeat Successful" error

How yall doing
So i'm trying to create my own server since there is no server for the map "der riese"
and i went this far on creating a server and i think this is the last part , but i'm keep getting "Sending Heartbeat and Heartbeat Successful "
PS : idk nothing about how to port forwarding , if that's the case please teach me how to change my port because i tried that before and it was so hard and i didn't understand anything about how i should do it. if that's not the case then how can i solve this problem? Thx -
from my experience that means it works when is says heartbeat successful
