Can't connect to online

Whenever I try click multiplayer it just loads for ages and then tells me to check bo2's status, I can click to connect to servers but then my game freezes when loading into them. My internet is working perfectly fine and I have no clue what's happening. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
