t6r is deprecated because all directories it supported for the filesystem are no longer exclusive to it.
%localappdata%/plutonium/storage/t6 is now the official directory for all purposes such as
mods, demos, logs, and player save data.It is still functional to use t6r, but please do not recommend using t6r to prevent mixed messaging.

Also the t6r folder will be removed at some point after a grace time.
So recommending it will only lead to twice the work.
