Bo2 D3DCOMPLIER_43.dll System Error

I was tryna run some zombies but when I started up I get this:

Ive tried deleting plutonium then reinstalling, then I tried deleting the plutoniumt6 file then redownloading to its original location but that doesnt seem to work either. If someone can help me out that would be great!

SpongeBoyMeBob install directx from the redist folder in your game folder (/redist/DirectX/DXSETUP.exe).
