Vanilla WaW did not have solo Quick Revive. Some custom maps have it, but not all. So most likely you just played a map that doesn't have it.

YaF3li No I played some custom maps on Steam with working quick revive but on plutonium Waw in solo you are not revived in soli

Oh, then that must be the issue where Plutonium ends the game even if you have Solo Quick Revive. I thought that was fixed in the latest update, but maybe it wasn't (or not fully)?
