Weird controller acceleration

yo guys, I was testing aim assist on controller and I've noticed there's a sort of acceleration when aiming, which makes everything inconsistent, does it depend on my controller? I'm using a PS4 controller with DS4Windows

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
