MW3 Dedicated Server But Gets Stuck At Executing The Server.cfg File

.Hello,
When I load MW3's dedicated server provided by steam, it doesn't launch fully. I get stuck while executing the server.cfg file. I looked at FAQ's and didn't see much on this.
Staff when you are available please get back to me thanks. No rush. You guys are doing great.

@ImNotAStar If you are trying to implement a MW3 server in Plutonium, you shouldn't run the steam ".exe", you should follow the tutorial here
