When you acquire the golden helmet in origins, the game crashes due to an event error.
It prevented me from finishing the map three times
this never happened to me on normal bo2, only in plutonium -
that error happens to me

this never happened to me on normal bo2, only in plutoniumim getting the same error everytime I play the map and ruined so many ee attempts and didnt find any solution for this

This has been patched for the upcoming update.
