AK-47 in multiplayer BO2 ?

today i found an AK-47 on the ground while playing multiplayer i picked it up and used but here is the thing i searched for it in my loadout and didn't find it than i gone searching on google than i found out in wiki that AK-47 can only be used in story and zombies but not multiplayer can someone explain to me how did it end in multiplayer than ?
