BO2 crashes after obtaining the golden helmet on Origins

Exactly as the title says. The moment I accidentally dig up the golden helmet, the game freezes completely and I'm forced to use task manager to shut it off. It's been causing constant loss of progress on Origins. It hasn't started happening until like two weeks ago.

Good morning, this problem you are not the first to have it I invite you to wait a week before reprying Origins, we are doing everything possible to solve the problem
