T6 and IW5 still not launching

I uninstalled and reinstalled plutonium like five times. don't have av. allowed it in Windows Defender and its still not launching as in press play and it has the loading symbol and just doesn't launch really frustrating can someone help

Go take a look at why it crashes, if it does not directly tell you take a look at the windows event log. Re-installing the game files only helps when your game files are fucked up.
