I have upnp enabled and my friend from another network can join but for some reason my brother cant

as i said in the title my friend from another network can join no problem but my brother who is in my wifi cant btw his upnp displays as disabled ,his port is 0 and the game does not display his local ip plshelp

Let him join with the connect command and your local IP.
