Reson for a game ban

Hi, I just have one request, that is why I got banned ?
I ask you to reply, and don't close the topic directly
I haven't used any mod or client modification.
When I was banned I was just playing in multiplayer, and when I closed the game to play T6 I logged into the launcher and seen I was banned while I was playing IW5. -
