Yolo_loki I deleted the post that contained your public IP because you attempted to censor it, but you censored the wrong one so I interpreted that as you not wanting anyone to know your public IP anyway.
For future reference local IP is what people using the same network as you would want(same router, basically in the same building) to use to connect, while public IP is what people outside your network(the internet) would use to connect to you.

Yolo_loki no that is not port forwarding settings. You can find those only on the web interface of your router. The private match guide explains what to do in terms of port forwarding towards the bottom.
