i can't play bo2

when I run bo2 everything works normally, but when I try to enter a server or I want to play custom games with bots the loading screen stops when it says loading textures or waiting for other players, after about 5 minutes it kicks me off the server, I have already done the steps that the forum says low fps but still I have no solution
I have a LAPTOP-H18LSNBK laptop

Too slow HDD. If it takes your PC greater than 90 secs to connect to a server, it disconnects you and boots you back to the main menu. Get a new HDD/SSD.
Also yes you should be able to play BO2, but I wouldn't expect decent frames with an iGPU.
