Custom Loading Videos in Zombies?

Does anyone know how to change custom loading videos for zombies? I've tried converting some mp4s to webm through a couple methods with no avail. I'm pretty sure it's doable, since I can put replace the webms with other ones from the game and it will play the other one, but all custom files I have used just output black ingame. I don't know where to go from here, any ideas?
