3rd person spectate fix

Would it be possible to add the "3rd person spectate" option in the private game options in the next update when aim assist is added?
Or is there any command to disable this without having to activate the "sv_cheats"?
It is something very important for those of us who are playing private games of SND on bo2 these days.
To avoid cheating, and that dead players can see which area of the map you are going through.
