DPad in IW5

Is there any plans to add killstreak system to iw5 like on console (or t6) when you can select streak by pressing dpad up\down?

IKennyAgain I think can bed added with a simple script in gsc. Some servers can use it to change selected killstreaks. I never notice that on IW5.
