download stuck at 137/745

when im downloading it as soon as it hits 18% it just gets stuck there i wait like 2 hours and it is still at 18% what do i do

@PlayerBTW This could be a large file which takes a while to download when your internet is "bad".

@PlayerBTW It's not "suppose" to be.. Like I said, it could be a large file which could take a while to download if you have slow internet.

while it was downloading at 137/745 i went into task manager and it was using a lot of internet so i think it was downloading for sure
