High frame drop and insane freezes and game crashing in MW3

So recently I started notice that my game is lagging pretty bad and it sometimes I can get around 10-20 fps in-game, and same with freezes (Also my CPU doesnt reach 100% cause I did cleaned my PC like a 2 weeks ago).
Also my game crashes almost everytime while game or when im joining random server:
Honestly I dont know why its lagging that bad and im really struggling to play.
My PC specs: GTX 1060 6gb, I3 8100, 8GB ram, 1TB HDD
