Saving PS4 controller settings doesn't apply when restart of game

Hi,
I play IW5 with my PS4 Controller and it works, but everytime I want to play, it resets my controller settings to default, seems like it only saves settings temporarily for one Session.
Can someone please explain to me how I can save my controller settings for longterm?Greetings from Germany

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
