When me and my cousin have tried playing customs on multiplayer or zombies the one joining gets a very very high ping around 500. We normally have a ping of 17-18. Why is this happening? We thought it was because of Radmin but we switched to Hamachi and it was still doing it.

We don't provide support for using the software you mentioned due to issues it causes such as the one you are experiencing. Please use port forwarding instead.

H3X1C We found out it wasn't the vpn we were using it happened either way. We both deleted and reinstalled the game and it seems to work better but the person joining still has a higher ping then normal but not as bad.
