Mouse flicking only in plutonium, but works in base game and other COD's, have changed polling rate between 125, 500, 1000hz and nothing, have windows mouse enhanced crap off and in game mouse accel off, have uninstalled and reinstalled plutonium and tried changing game priority. Haven't found a fix.

Wet Wizard turn off v-sync and play the game windowed fulllscreen
