When i start Black Ops 2 the cmd and game open, on BO2 the screen is black, i mean i dont even see the game menu and i get no errors, not even a message in the console.
My anti-virus is off so i dont know what to do, i also have reinstalled my game but nothing happens.
It is a BO2 problem because i tried to lauch MW3 and it did work.
    Thanks for the reply

Thanks god i realized what was the problem for me. basically i had "Fraps" opened, the FPS counter software and apparently it went in conflict with my game files, so if anyone has the same issue like me, just make sure "Fraps" isn't opened
