Ozeee this just means you didn't select the correct directory or have broken/missing files. Take time to read the install guide properly and if that doesn't work try repairing. If the issue persists send screenshots of your game files and path in launcher

You're selecting MW3 with your waw files, which is wrong. Select T4 MP/ZM from left hand side of the launcher and reselect your directory.
