Basically whenever I close zombie or multiplayer mode and reopen it, all the progress I've made is lost, including my weapons, levels, etc. Is there something that can solve this ???

Rodrsebs Where is your game located? Mind sharing a screenshot of game folder and telling me the directory of the game folder location? Thanks.
