Installed Bo2 (all components Zombies + MP + Campaign) trough Steam, Patched with torrent DLC's and doesnt launch. German Game with switched installed Language Englisch. Normal Game Launch works. The Error Dumb written in Appdata Local - Contains just the Error Code you see below.
