xIAMZAK make sure you're starting the game from the Plutonium launcher. Also make sure you have a clean copy of the game (from the install guide)
This either looks like weird files or firewall/router issue to me. Maybe try this plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
If this doesn't work reply with your antivirus name
