You're using your WaW files to launch BO2, which is wrong. If you're the same person from discord claiming you already installed BO2 yet receiving this error, make sure you have pluto_t6_full_game (and NOT pluto_t4_full_game) set as your directory in game settings of the launcher.

Topa511 you're trying to install Black Ops II inside your World at War folder. This obviously doesn't work and cause corruption like the one you have.
This is how folders work:
C:\Games holds your different games like this:
- C:\Games\pluto_t6_full_game
- C:\Games\pluto_t4_full_game
Right now you're trying to install t6 inside t4 but you should install it in Games instead
