You mean custom games? The host probably hasn't port forwarded - https://plutonium.pw/docs/custom-games/#if-upnp-is-still-disabled-or-you-cant-connect-despite-it-being-enabled

@mopilez what's your source? Just because you can't get something to work doesn't mean it's broken

junmi0908 you weren't specific about the issue however if it's an issue with servers not showing up in the server list check your Firewall, because I had to add an exception for plutonium. At first evidently the firewall was blocking ports from connecting to the Master Server and once the exception was added servers showed up fine.
