Problems to start the server after the programmation

hiii everybody. I already have a server but I want that make it better. so I looked some programation codages that some person shared on plutonium and I tried to do this. But my file dont work when I want to start a server. I share you my file. If someone know a lot in programmation and can get the time, please tell me what is wrong!! Thx!
