i can't join any server in bo2

so everytime i try to join a bo2 server it will stop responding and then it will kick me and say "you have been disconnected from the call of duty black ops 2 server"

Naegar that's a result of your hdd slow enough to load into a match. You can try defragging your HDD or use an SSD for faster load times. You must load into the match before you timedout which is 90 seconds.

I remember playing this game when plutonium didn't have a launcher so i don't know if it is my PC.and defragging my hdd didn't work
