BO2 DLC Help

Im confused with all the instruction and i cant get my mind around it all this is to Raw explained. How do i get dlcs to work on my LEGIT STEAM Bo2 if yes can someone make a clear instruction pls on it otherwise imma get a cracked version.
I have the Game with all 3 Modes installed, cant figure out how to get the dlcs from the links i found on this forum to work into BO2.

but where do i put then? Does Plutonium use them even if they are just in the Root folder of Black Ops 2 or do i have to manually put them in place file by file?
