HexplosiveMCOG You can play on any server, but that depends on the country you are from, I highly recommend that you play from 0-250 ping to avoid having problems teleporting anywhere.

NOOOO that's not what I meant, When I get into a server I get stuck on the loading screen where it says "Awaiting Gamestate" then it freezes on "Waiting for other players" -

HexplosiveMCOG Did you check that is you firewall is not blocking the game.

HexplosiveMCOG everytime that says "Waiting for other players" its for all the server or only the server that you join

HexplosiveMCOG Well i see that other people have this issue and the STAFF say that you PC is low that you need to minimum requirements component its why its to slow load the map, try to Low the graphic that can help you
Or 2 they need to Update the server it's the only way I can think.

@Mr-MaPSaBino I know my PC is low but I played the Campaign just fine tho
That's what bothers me the most. -
Well you get 90 secs to join a server before it disconnects you. You don't need to change your whole setup tho, just get a new cheap SSD/HDD (assuming you're above the minimum requirements to run the game).

No, because your old HDD is too slow. You could try defragging it but doubt that'd work.
