Cant switch weapons in zombies?

Every game of online zombies ive played, i cant switch weapons once i buy them. the gun stays in my inventory and I can only switch to it when my main gun runs out of ammo. otherwise its like a one gun challenge.

You have checked the 'controls' section of the settings right?

yes i have ive changed it and reset it like 20 times

happened to me when i downloaded a crappy zombie map
have found the solution -
you just have to scroll to switch to other weapons
