No recoil weapons?

Hello.
In these recent days playing PlutoniumT6, i've saw weapons of players with experience that have no recoil, even i tested then and withow moving the mouse i click and the gun doesn't move it just shoots at the exact point even at long distance.
Could someone tell me if there's any gun mod or something that could help me to also have no recoil on my modded weapons?

It is because i find a lot of people with not modded guns and they destroy withow recoil and when i take they're weapons, It just doesn't move.. It is sad to know that fact.
