Got banned for no reason can anyone help?

I played the game some months ago I uninstalled it and didn't play again, but, when I come back to play again I get a message that im banned.
I checked the anticheat policy (https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/) but didn't do anything to get banned.
Can I get unbanned or know why I got banned because idk why.
