Black Ops 2 DLC Zombies maps do not have character voices/DLC interactions somewhat broken

Hi. I have the steam version of the base game of BO2, but installed the dlcs through torrent(used the guide linked). The actual maps work fine but the characters "punchlines" don't work. Also some of the maps interactions (e.g. activating a generator in Origins) does not have the "hold F to use" but the file name. Any solutions?
Steams "verifying the integrity of files" doesn't work for the DLCs. I also tried to redownload the dlcs but that didnt work either. -

I also tried to redownload the dlcs but that didnt work either.magskags I don't know about the missing "hold F" pop ups but I can tell you that Plutonium does not have characters voice and dialogue quotes in public servers. In custom games though the characters talk and stuff but for some reason it is broken in servers.

@CloudyCrayons Good Afternoon, and recently I stumbled into two servers I believe (or just the one) where I heard the characters had voice quotes. Sadly I forgot which servers or server it was
