Plutonium Launcher

The Launcher just closes on startup. No error message or anything.

Things i've tried:
-Restarted my PC
-Start the Launcher in Admin Mode
-Uninstall then Reinstall the GPU Drivers
-Disabling Windows Defender

Here's a recording. yeah... i really have no idea what to do now.

Can you screenshot this page please, I want to confirm the exclusions are in place before troubleshooting further.
