Crash In Buried Map

Well, I have been knowing this problem for weeks because the black screen is thrown in the cinematic every time the cinematic starts the game crashes and I have to restart the game to make it work wonderfully but I do not know if it is a problem with the game files or what

Mr.MaPSaBino If you do minplayers 2, and do "spawnbot" in the console at the loadscreen, does the game still crash?

Edit: Let me try to repair the game files maybe is that.
ITS WORKS FINALLY I just redownloaded the game files and the zm_buried files were corrupted but still thank you for your message and for your great support
