@Legendness If you right click on the iw5 folder you'll see it's not even 1gb so... no
Do what he said. It'll only delete IW5 related data like maps and scripts. You can just move it to a temporary location to have a backup. Then when you'll open the launcher again it will re-download the files to make sure none of them are broken
